Who I Am
Therapy grounded in genuine connection.
I'm a psychotherapist in private practice in Union Square, New York City. I work with teens, college students, and adults navigating anxiety, identity, relationships, and the full complexity of becoming who you are and building a life that feels like your own.
I see my work as grounded in deep listening and forming a genuine, active, and flexible working relationship with each of my clients. It's a joy to support people in their personal growth and see them experience greater clarity in their unique strengths and values over the course of therapy.
My approach is relational and psychodynamic — which means I'm less interested in fixing symptoms than in understanding what's underneath them, together.

A Note
My own experiences in therapy shaped how I think about what it means to be in the room with someone — present, curious, and willing to be affected by what they bring.
I take the gesture of trust that therapy requires seriously, and I don't take it for granted.
