What I Offer
Therapy grounded in
genuine connection.
I see therapy as a relationship of trust and respect — one that helps you make transformative, lasting change on your terms.
I work with young professionals, creatives, college students, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity, self-esteem, and relational challenges — offering the space, security, and encouragement to explore your internal world.
My practice is primarily in-person in Union Square, with limited virtual sessions available. Sessions are 45–50 minutes. I see most clients once or twice a week, and welcome referrals for higher-frequency analytic work for those interested in meeting three or four times weekly.
I am licensed in New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts, and accept NYU Wellfleet and New School Aetna student health insurance as exceptions to my full-fee, out-of-network practice.

Individual Treatment
Individual Psychotherapy
& Psychoanalysis
I provide in-person individual treatment to adults and adolescents at my Union Square office. I have extensive experience with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity, high achievement, trauma, complex relationships, and compulsive behavior.
I work with college and graduate students, young professionals, artists and creatives, entrepreneurs, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and adolescents interested in gaining self-knowledge and symptom relief.
My practice is primarily in-person, with limited virtual availability. Sessions are 45–50 minutes, and I see most clients once or twice weekly — though I welcome referrals for higher-frequency analytic work.

Group Treatment
Young Adult
Group Psychotherapy
Interpersonal process groups offer a unique opportunity to see your impact on peers in real time, experiment with new ways of relating, and examine behaviors that might be preventing growth and connection in your life — both inside and outside the room.
Group is a good fit for those feeling dissatisfied in their interpersonal relationships, those seeking to better understand themselves and gain self-knowledge, and those willing to work through relational stumbling blocks with others in a compassionate space.
I am currently recruiting members for a once a week Tuesday evening young adult process group for ages 18–25. Group sessions are 90 minutes.
03
For Clinicians
I enjoy supporting early-career licensed mental health professionals in navigating and formulating their professional identity and managing the challenges that can arise in working in an agency setting or clinic, group practice, or private practice setting.
I am available for ongoing individual clinical supervision or professional consultation and case conceptualization.

04
I see therapy as an act of mutually engaged exploration that can help you make transformative change on your terms.
You may be seeking support as you navigate through challenging life transitions, manage interpersonal relationship issues, cope with trauma, or experience feelings of overwhelm, sadness, or confusion that disrupt your daily life.
I'll work collaboratively with you in both individual and/or group therapy to explore your (unfiltered) thoughts and feelings and get to the root of long-standing problems, helping you feel more emotionally resilient and developing deeper insight.
